don't we always blindfold ourselves with problems? i think we do most of the time... magnifying the problem all the time, making it bigger than it was ...... results: FRUSTRATED, UNHAPPY, MORE PROBLEMS and etc....

STOP!

try choosing solutions instead... might not be easy for sure..start with analyzing the situation and by looking the the big picture then track down the root and look for ways to solve it. train urself to do that slowly and you will be able to see alot of things differently and results: HAPPY, SATISFIED, BRIGHT and alot more..............

i simply belief in "there are no problems but only SOLUTIONS...

knowing for 9 years

Yesterday was the 7th of October 2009..... in year 2000 was the day i stared my relationship with my hubby.... well of course we went through so much and some of it are not pleasant to be mentioned at all.

would like to tell him that "i love u!" and "thank you" for not giving up on me.... i m sorry at times i might be a lil difficult but i appreciate your good deed.... and i trust you from the very beginning.

There are many question running in my head lately.. somehow couldn't find answers to them.... wonder if you do...

1. When one tells you he/she has forgiven your mistakes, do u trust them?

2. When one tells you he/she has forgiven & forgotten your wrong do, do u trust them?

3. When one tells you he/she trust u full heartedly, do u trust them?

4. When one tell you they trust you even you did once betrayed his/her trust... do u trust them?

Somehow I DO, but then again we still get tested from time to time...

well well its all over... ermmm not really coz i dunwan it to be over.... well pole dance will still be an on going thing for me thats for sure....

so now i will still have my tuedays classes on Fitpole and some practices at home...besides that... everything is back to normal.

oh what's 3Ps? PRACTICE > PERSISTENCE > PASSION

Very simple, to me the 3P's applies to everything in life.. and this was shared to me by my trainer, Taymie. That's when i first learn makeup. PASSION is always the driving force and i am very fortunate that today i am working for passion.. dancing for passion.

My current job might not be the perfect job on earth but its really something i love and enjoy doing so... sharing information, talking, presenting best part communicating with people. Every time when i conduct a workshop my heart will be filled with excitement and every single second i am thinking ways to make it better...nothing is perfect...and i am always extremely happy to receive constructive feedback from anyone with one objective TO DO IT BETTER NEXT ROUND

eermmm ... sounds like somekinda motivational talk ha ... sorry... but its just something i would like to share... 3 Ps and Law of Attraction works!! :P

joining this competition wasn't what i planned to do, but then there isn't any regret to it either. yes it was quite taxing for me in terms of time and energy but as i mentioned... i gain alot ... new great friends... a memorable experience...

When it comes to competition ...i still remember years back when i entered a makeup competition a friend told me this "in a competition the most important thing its not being the champion... that's only a bonus. The most important is to enjoy the PROCESS, that's what u will gain"

I totally agree to that, simply because during the process i managed to learn so much more and get to know so many great people. Caring and Sharing its already a big thing in this current world.


So the process, I've manage to learn a few more exotic pole dance steps, thanks to my trainer NANA! i did it !!! i manage to do it dy! well that was after 3 hrs practicing at home last night. Results: woke up late for work the next day :(

since i took up pole dance class, i've mentioned to my hubby that...."would be great to have a pole at home hor?" then i can exercise more (he complaints that i m super lazy when comes to exercise) kekekk

WOW... he did it! he fixed me a permanent pole in the middle of the living room...hehhe but how cool is that??!!! ... yeahhhhh!!! i'll get to pole whenever i want now.... thank you my coolest hubby!!

all thats missing now is a mirror...hhmmmm .....settled for a temporary one for the time being....

manage to put some steps together last night... so pretty much sort out the 1 min solo!!!!!!! thats quite an accomplishment for me...

kinda fruitful today...

great day! great day! basically today its our second practice as a group and i must say things are slowly fitting in to place.

we have managed to mark most of the timing and some moves for the group during solo performance..... and yes! we managed to come out with our finale pose too!!

now the next thing to iron out will be of course our solo performance.... wish me all the best oh.... will need help from my creative nerves hahha and gotta work on some attitude moves too....

had my usual Fitpole class last night... was FUN spinning around the pole heheh and stayed back for another hour to just do a lil practice for the competition....

i am still a lil all over the place.... and gotta make some decision fast...

and i feel damn tired today....... really not used to this.... ahhaha

1st practice...

had our 1st practice yesterday... meeting up with all the other exotic pole contestant kerry ann, milan, gee, nat and sunita.

first heart attacked was i got to know that the music was 9 mins long...and the 2nd attack.. we have to choreograph it ourselves.... that's my biggest challenge. y? coz the music its very much pussycat dolls.... never managed to deliver sexy moves..thats me. fortunately we have kerry ann who is very very helpful, as a dancer she helped us alot. and of course milan, so sweet of her to break down the song by minutes for all of us.

now i wonder how am i gonna plan my own solo piece...... help!!

my new interest...

well well this interest of mine begins sometime ago but finally i managed to put thoughts into actions. Wonder what it is? you will know very soon...

3 months back i've took this dance class which not many people have the interest to try or might have some different perceptions towards it. Personally i think this is an amazing sport to work out your body as well as to bring out the artistic side of you.... oh and not to forget the FUN ... yes i mean LOADS OF FUN...

I've always love dancing, i remember when i was much younger my first attempt was ballet and of coz i luv it! imagine all this little girls in little ballerina costume skipping around the room.... but unfortunately i drppoed out after a year... hehhe coz someone bullied me :(

Then come primary school, ohhhh somehing new came up called rythemic gymnastic. Simply LUV it!! enjoyed every moment of it and still remembers clearly every experience i had...

but after all those... i admit i've never been very active in sport ... yeah pure "lazy syndrome" ahhahah but i think this is the change .....

some of you might already know what i am into recently but those who still have no idea.... stay tuned.... cheers!!!
